Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. CrickExNow reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided and to withhold any balance in that account pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold only one CrickExNow account. If CrickExNow identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts may be voided.

CrickExNow processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. CrickExNow does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
Deposits are credited to your CrickExNow account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request. CrickExNow does not charge fees on withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
